Organic bread from Ceredigion

A loaf of bread made from organic wheat grown in Ceredigion was the centrepiece of OCW's stand at this year's Winter Fair. The wheat was grown at the Aberystwyth University farm at Trawsgoed and milled at Felinganol, a working watermill at Llanrhystud owned by Anne and Andrew Parry. The Parrys are supplying flour to Mair's Bakehouse in Carmarthenshire, where Rick Coldman uses natural fermentation methods and a traditional wood-fired oven to produce his organic bread.
