Tourism and organic food workshops

These workshops will give you a broad overview of the issues surrounding sustainable tourism and practical tips on how you can 'green' your own business. The day will help you understand catering for allergies and food intolerances and how sourcing organic food can help your business. The workshops are run by Daphne Lambert of Greencuisine, an expert on Cooking for food intolerance and allergies, and ADAS who researched the issue on behalf of the BOBL project.
