School visits training courses (CEVAS)

Are you a farmer, smallholder or community gardener who is interested in hosting school visits? Or do you work for an organization that runs countryside visits for schools? CEVAS is a well established training scheme which includes health and safety, links to the school curriculum and how to communicate with young people, leading optionally to a recognized qualification.

FACE Wales and Organic Centre Wales are organizing two courses this year, at Newtown on 26 March and 9 April, and at Abergwyngregyn, Gwynedd, on 27 March and 10 April. The course is FREE, but there is a fee of £50 for optional accreditation.

For more details see the events page or contact .
