Assessing the demand for Welsh flour

Welsh flour can make excellent bread and other flour based products particularly if techniques such as slow fermentation and sour dough are used.

If you are a baker and would like to use more Welsh flour, please fill in our 10 minute survey for bread and patisserie and/or cakes and desserts to help us quantify current and future demand.
