Food, Values, Fairness: A food manifesto for Wales
We held the final conference of our Food Values project last week, sharing findings from the work and starting work on a Food Manifesto for Wales.
The Food Values report, which describes how values work, how they apply to food and how they link public concerns and government policy, is available here: Food Values.
It draws on conversations at food events in Cardiff, Newtown, Aberystwyth and Penrhyndeudraeth.
At the conference, Peter Davies, the Commissioner for Future Generations, and Jane Davidson of University of Wales Trinity St David started a discussion about a food manifesto for Wales.
