Organic Market – Cereals
Market update 20th April 2010 by Simon Tubbs Norton Organics
Markets are relatively stable. The better weather has brought a rapid decline in the demand for stock feed however there is still a lot of wheat to be sold. Our advice is that the market has probably peaked and that if you have identified a surplus now is the time to sell. There is very little happening about new crop pricing, we have indicated a price of £165 for wheat for guide purposes only. With all this glorious weather it's sad to say but we could do with some rain! For information please contact Norton Organics on 01787 210966.
