OCW moves on

After 10 years on Llanbadarn Campus within Aberystwyth University, OCW has moved to Plas Gogerddan. The move is a result of the merger of the Institute of Grassland and Environmental Research (IGER) with two University Departments: the Institute of Rural Sciences, where OCW was based, and the Institute of Biological Sciences. The Organic Research Group, and Better Organic Business Links (BOBL) and Farming Connect Climate Change Wales teams have also moved to Gogerddan.

Before the move Sue Fowler, Director of OCW said “We are pleased to be moving to Gogerddan as we will share offices with the Grassland Development Centre, the Organic Research Group, the Farming Connect Climate Change Wales programme and the Farm Business Survey: this will mean we can communicate even better with those teams and work with them to provide an improved and more streamlined service to the organic sector in Wales.”

The move took place on Tuesday 4th May. Notwithstanding technical problems, the phone numbers and other contact details remain the same.
