Conversion case studies

Organic conversion is different for everyone. It depends on a whole range of factors including previous management, the markets you ultimately want to serve, your personal objectives and ambitions, the current infrastructure of the farm and so on. This page outlines the expereinces of three producers who are in, or have recently completed, the process.
