Sustainable food communities
BOBL commissioned the Soil Association to develop several Sustainable Food Communities projects. Combining food education, practical engagement and purchasing research to drive significant changes in food culture.
Supporting a variety of local initiatives these projects raise the public and institutional interest in sustainable food, working towards normalising organic food as part of the sustainable food mix.
These Sustainable Food Communities took place in four areas:
