Food values and ethicsOur Food Values project ran from October 2014 to June 2015 in collaboration with the Aberystwyth University geography department and the Public Interest Research Centre and the aim was to ask: • How can values inform food education and communications? • What are the implications of a values approach for the wider food system? • How does the Welsh Government’s existing food policy engage with and reflect values?
