Strategy work at Organic Centre Wales: As part of our contract with the Welsh Government, Organic Centre Wales has a remit to provide information and advice on the development and impact of policies on organic farmers and farming in Wales. This involves responding to relevant consultation documents that are issued, and liaising with officials on land management support schemes that affect organic farmers, such as the Organic Farming Conversion and Maintenance Schemes and Glastir. We are consulting on a roadmap to guide the development of the organic sector in Wales up to 2020, but time is running out! The closing date is 14 August.
