Dual use claims statement by Deputy Minister

Alun Davies, the Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and European Programmes, in a Written Statement to the National Assembly on 13 July made a commitment to seek views from the farming and countryside interests on possible changes to the approach where dual use of land occurs for payments under the EU Common Agriculture Policy (CAP).

Examples of legitimate claims for dual use of land (for example landlord claiming SFP and tenant claiming the Organic Farming Scheme) are required, with evidence. Please contact OCW or your farming union if you have a situation which can be used. read more
