Royal Welsh Show 2012

Over 240,000 visitors visited the Show this year, enjoying activities and events in blazing sunshine. Our stand in the Countryside Care Area was well attended, with stands from the three certification bodies and representatives from other organisations. Displays included a wonderful variety of wool products from Llynfi Textiles and Ystrad Organics and a range of chicken products from Capestone Farm.

Jeanette Orrey, the school dinner lady, gave an inspirational talk on the Monday to a large audience in the Aberystwyth University pavilion and really impressed them with her enthusiasm and commitment to the improvement of school meals.
