The Dougal Campbell Cheese Bursary

The Soil Association are launching a new bursary in memory of the pioneering Welsh cheesemaker and founder of Welsh Organic Foods Dougal Campbell.

The bursary aims to encourage the creation of new cheeses made with milk that is sustainably farmed. A bursary of £1000 is available to the winning applicant who will be announced at the British Cheese Awards in September 2013. Entries open in June 2013.
