Market demand for organics is a hot topic and helping you to maintain a market for your produce has been a main aim of the BOBL project. In supporting organic businesses BOBL has completed research into potential new markets for Welsh Organic produce. Engaging with public sector and third party organisations our work has focused on three areas; tourism, catering and public procurement.
