Are you interested in a free bird survey?

The RSPB Volunteer & Farmer Alliance Project made its return to Wales at the beginning of 2010. This popular project offers farmers and land owners a free, no obligation survey of the birds on their land. Local volunteer surveyors carry out four early morning visits during the breeding season – between April and July; after collation and analysis of the results you are provided with a report and laminated map detailing where the birds of conservation concern were found on your land. These maps are often displayed on public footpaths, farm shops, caravan and campsites, and farm classrooms. For more information on the project visit this link, email , or call 01248 672850.
